We’re Hiring – STEM Instructor (R&D – STEM Products) Location: Chennai Company: MH Intellect About the Role: MH Intellect is seeking a passionate and skilled STEM Instructor with R&D experience to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in product development and a deep interest in STEM education. This role involves both teaching and contributing to research and development of innovative STEM products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interactive STEM classes and workshops for school and college students. - Design, prototype, and test new STEM learning products and educational kits. - Develop electronic circuits, PCB designs, and embedded system projects (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, etc.). - Create 3D designs for educational products using CAD tools such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or TinkerCAD. - Perform reverse engineering and product improvement tasks. - Collaborate with the R&D team on new concept development and testing. - Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials for new STEM products. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of 3D designing and printing. - Good understanding of electronics, sensors, and programming (C/C++ or Python). - Experience in PCB design using EasyEDA or KiCad. - Exposure to reverse engineering and prototyping. - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Passion for STEM education, innovation, and hands-on learning. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering. - 1–3 years of experience in STEM education, R&D, or robotics product development. - Experience with 3D printers, drones, or robotics kits is an advantage.
