About the RoleAirial is reimagining travel planning with AI, and we’re looking for a visionary creative director to define how that story comes to life across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and beyond. We’re looking for a leader who lives and breathes cultural trends, social storytelling, and visual language—and who wants to shape how an AI-native travel brand connects with the world.What You’ll DoDefine Airial’s Creative Voice Across Social:Lead the creative vision and execution for Airial Travel’s social media presence, making our brand the go-to name in AI-powered travel inspiration.Develop concepts, campaigns, and formats that are visually striking, emotionally resonant, and highly shareable. This isn’t a role for content churners or clickbaiters - quality over gimmicks.This role reports directly to our Director of Marketing and works closely with the founding team. We’ll collaborate closely, but you’ll have the trust and autonomy to let your creative eye cook.Bridge Creativity with Product & Community:Collaborate closely with product and growth teams to turn Airial’s “agentic AI” travel experiences into stunning social-first content.Stay ahead of social media trends, audio memes, design styles, and storytelling techniques. Anticipate cultural shifts and translate them into fresh travel narratives that resonate with global audiences, especially across the US and Europe.Engage with our growing community of travelers, creators, and influencers to amplify reach and authenticity.Lead Teams, Partners & Creators:Own relationships with video editors, agencies, and UGC creators — directing their work to meet Airial’s creative standards.Manage influencer strategy and outreach: identify the right partners, negotiate collaborations, and design creative briefs that drive genuine engagement.Lead by example: while you’ll primarily guide teams, you should be comfortable making light edits, creating static assets, and showing what “good” can look like.Evolve & Scale Airial’s Brand Identity:Craft a distinct creative direction for Airial Travel—owning visual identity, tone, and campaign look/feel across channels.Develop style guides, templates, and storytelling principles that scale across markets and collaborators.LogisticsThis is a fully remote job in India.The founders are based in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you want to build a generational AI brand — you’ll thrive here.The joining date is September 2025 or October 2025.RequirementsMust-haves:2+ years of creative leadership experience in social media, digital storytelling, or brand.Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence on Tik Tok, Instagram, or You Tube.Strong design sensibility, with experience directing video, graphic, and motion assets.Good to have:Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or consumer tech industry.Past success building or managing influencer and UGC programs.Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows.
