Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT staffing division. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT staffing market.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
Relationship Management :
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to understand clients’ IT staffing needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
Market Analysis :
Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the IT staffing industry.
Present actionable insights to senior management to guide business strategies.
Sales Strategy :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaboration :
Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client staffing needs.
Work with marketing teams to design campaigns aimed at generating leads and boosting brand visibility.
Reporting and Compliance :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred).
Professional Experience :
3-7 years of experience in business development or sales in IT staffing or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills :
Strong understanding of IT staffing solutions, technologies, and workforce trends.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Attributes :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.
Familiarity with IT technical terminologies and hiring processes is a plus
