You’ll play a pivotal role in building a comprehensive sales framework, developing high-value client relationships, and leading a future-focused sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on our growth trajectory and a clear path to becoming part of our executive leadership team.  Key Responsibilities:   Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and execute innovative sales strategies that position our software solutions as must-have business assets.  Client Engagement: Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.  Pipeline Development: Build a sustainable sales pipeline through proactive outreach, strategic partnerships, and industry engagement.  Customized Solutions Selling: Translate our technical expertise into compelling client solutions that resonate across industries.  Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team capable of driving exceptional results.  Market Insights & Strategy: Analyze market trends to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of competitors.  Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth project execution and outstanding client experiences.  Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth by setting and surpassing ambitious sales targets.    Qualifications & Experience:   Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, with a focus on complex software solutions or tech services.  Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing large deals and scaling sales operations.  Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  Sales Mastery: Expertise in B2 B sales, strategic account management, and solution selling.  Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with emerging tech trends and their business applications.  CRM Proficiency: Advanced skills with tools like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms.  Leadership Excellence: Strong track record in building and managing successful sales teams.    Preferred Qualifications:   Market Knowledge: Experience in selling to global markets, especially within the EU and UK regions.  Language Skills: Fluency in German or other European languages is an asset.  Sales & Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with B2 B sales/digital marketing strategies, particularly on Linked In and other professional platforms.  Certifications: Sales and marketing certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Leader, Hub Spot Sales Certification) are a plus.    What We Offer:   Equity/Stock Options: 2-5% equity to reward your contribution to our growth.  Industry-Leading Commissions: Competitive commission structure designed to maximize your earnings.  Executive Growth Path: Clear opportunity to evolve into a C-level leadership role as we expand.  Flexible Work Environment: Remote working with flexible hours to foster work-life balance.  Continuous Learning: Access to professional development programs and growth opportunities.    Ready to Lead Our Sales Transformation?   If you’re excited about crafting innovative solutions, building meaningful client relationships, and leading a growing division, let’s talk.
