Job Description: As the Sales Manager for our Real Estate & Co-working Leasing Business, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective lead generation, sales strategies, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in promoting our properties and co-working spaces, acquiring new tenants, and maximizing occupancy rates. This position requires strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve leasing targets and revenue goals for both traditional real estate properties and co-working spaces. 2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and corporate clients to generate leads and expand the client base. 3. Lead a team of leasing agents and sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and sales collateral to showcase our properties and co working spaces. 5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to inform sales strategies and decision-making. 6. Negotiate lease agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with prospective tenants, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets. 7. Coordinate property tours, presentations, and networking events to showcase our properties and co-working spaces to potential clients and partners. 8. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and financial performance to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement. 9. Provide regular reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities. 10. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in real estate and co-working to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience in real estate sales. • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams. • Knowledge of local real estate market conditions, industry trends, and competition. • Familiarity with CRM systems, leasing software, and sales analytics tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment.
