Stage Recruitment Consultant IT

We are seeking an IT Recruiter who will lead full life cycle recruiting efforts. Partnering with hiring managers, you will build and execute sourcing strategies that identify, attract, and hire diverse candidates to support all business units. We offer a fast-paced, exciting environment that will challenge you to find creative solutions. You’ll be focused primarily on quality of hire rather than quantity of hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience during the hiring cycle, and building credible and longstanding relationships with hiring managers. Proficient in creating, reviewing, and designing the Job Descriptions and posting these job descriptions on various job boards, social media, internal ATS and other possible channels. Staying active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent Managing the end-to-end TA lifecycle across levels and roles and target to hire, onboarding and retaining quality talent. Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent Utilising knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. Maintaining a database of candidate records. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Work experience with Technical positions like MEAN stack developers, Frontend developers, Backend developers, Fullstack developers, QA Engineers, Architects, Managers etc. Hands-on hiring experience on niche skills, volume hiring. Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers. Promote the Employer Brand on LinkedIn and other social media channels and spread awareness about the company and its products. Excellent interviewing skills & solid technical background needed to understand and work on IT positions. Must be good in Excel and reporting.
