Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our Training Delivery team at SkillUp Online. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Data Science (DS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) , coupled with strong managerial capabilities to lead and drive training initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs, mentoring team members, interviewing external trainers, and evaluating them on technical grounds to ensure alignment with SkillUp's standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Program Design & Delivery:

  • Innovative Training Development: Design and develop comprehensive, hands-on training programs in AI , Data Science , and related emerging technologies.Incorporate use-case-based learning, real-world scenarios, and project-based exercises to ensure practical skill development.
  • Customized Learning Solutions :Create tailored training programs to address the specific needs of global clients across industries, ensuring relevance and applicability.
  • Adapt training content to different learning levels, from foundational to advanced, for diverse audiences, including professionals, teams, and enterprises.
  • Integration of Cutting-Edge Tools :Leverage modern AI tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., Copilot, AutoML, Generative AI tools) to enhance training delivery and learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrate the application of tools in solving industry-specific challenges.
  • Engaging Delivery Techniques :Implement interactive teaching methodologies, including live coding sessions, collaborative problem-solving, and breakout discussions, to foster engagement and retention.
  • Utilize analytics and learner feedback to dynamically adjust delivery approaches for maximum effectiveness.
  • Continuous Content Evolution : Regularly update training content to align with the latest industry standards, technological advancements, and market demands.Introduce modules on emerging trends such as Explainable AI , MLOps , and Responsible AI .
  • Develop and deliver advanced, industry-aligned training modules in AI , Data Science , and related technologies.Ensure training content incorporates the latest industry trends and advancements.

2. Team Leadership & Mentorship :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of trainers and training professionals.
  • Provide technical and managerial guidance to enhance team performance and productivity.

3. Training Quality Assurance

  • Evaluate external trainers on their technical and pedagogical competencies to ensure they meet SkillUp's quality standards.
  • Regularly assess training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align training content with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their training goals are met effectively.

5. Resource Management :

  • Oversee the creation and management of training schedules, ensuring timely and seamless delivery.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.

6. Innovation & Thought Leadership :

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Data Science technologies.
  • Champion the integration of cutting-edge tools and methodologies into training programs.

Required Qualifications :

Educational Background :

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

Technical Expertise :

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI and Data Science, with proven hands-on expertise.
  • Proficiency in tools, frameworks, and programming languages relevant to AI and DS (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

Training & Leadership :

  • At least 5+ years of experience in delivering technical training programs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams in a training or delivery environment.

Soft Skills :

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications in AI , Data Science , or related domains (e.g., AWS AI, Google ML, etc.).
  • Experience working with global clients or teams in a training delivery capacity.
  • Familiarity with modern training methodologies, including virtual instructor-led training (vILT) and blended learning models.
