Our publishing platform enables writers to convert their stories and ideas into books that people can hold, read, and connect with.Seeking a self-driven, super organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to assist Notion Press' authors publish their books seamlessly.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILLDeveloping and maintaining a detailed project planManaging project deliverables in line with the project planRecording and managing project issues and escalating where necessaryResolving cross-functional issues at the project levelManage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessaryMonitor project progress and performanceProvide status reports to the Team ManagerLiaise with authors, internal teams, and updates progress to, Team ManagerCustomer Service, updating author on project status and progress on a daily basisWork closely with authors to ensure the project meets the Industry standardsManage project evaluation and dissemination activitiesIs accountable for the delivery of planned deliverables associated with the projectProviding regular status reports to the Team ManagerA PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS0-2 years of customer-facing experienceExcellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenSuper Organized and has expert multitasking skillsLoves talking to new peopleWorks well with a team and also individuallyGood Typing SkillsComputer Skills – MS Excel and WordProficiency in English, Hindi, and/OR Tamil.Sound like a fit?
