Clients use NAYAN's dashcams and products for road safety, public space monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, smart cities, traffic violations, and fleet operation quality assurance. End-users can leverage our app to search for any event, anywhere.About the Role:Nayan is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage our day-to-day financial operations and help drive cost efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational rigor with data-driven thinking, and is excited to work closely with leadership to guide smart financial decisions.Responsibilities: Monitor and control company-wide expenses, including travel, tools, and operationsProvide data-driven insights to guide cost optimization and budget allocationBuild and maintain budgets, forecasts, and spend reportsTrack cash flow, working capital, and fund usage for financial healthAnalyze financial reports to surface cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, and tax regulations; assist with filings and auditsWork with internal teams to enforce financial discipline and approval processesSupport financial planning and investment decisions aligned with business goalsLiaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and consultantsContribute to financial models and data prep for fundraising or investor updatesContinuously suggest process improvements and automation in financial operationsRequirements: 2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or cost controlStrong working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingGood grasp of compliance areas such as GST, TDS, and corporate taxationExperience in financial analysis, planning, and identifying cost optimization areasHands-on experience with cash flow tracking and fund managementProficient in Excel/Google Sheets and finance tools like Zoho Books or Quick BooksComfortable working in dynamic environments with high ownershipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExposure to fundraising, audits, or investor reporting is a plusExperience in tech or start up environments is preferredWhat You’ll Get: Opportunity to work at the intersection of tech and innovationAutonomy, ownership, and the chance to scale a brand from the ground upA fast-paced, collaborative team culture with real impact on growthLocation – DelhiPosition Starting – Immediately
