Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in both content and strategy development as well as the technical aspects of digital marketing. This role requires expertise in PPC advertising across Google, Linked In, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms , along with a deep understanding of front-end and back-end SEO , including keyword research, domain authority improvement, backlink building, and technical optimisations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
• Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Linked In, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms to maximise ROI.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits , improve on-page and off-page SEO , and manage technical SEO strategies to boost organic rankings.
• Perform keyword research , competitive analysis, and content optimisation to improve search engine visibility.
• Develop and execute backlink-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and improve SERP rankings.
• Manage and optimise website performance, UX/UI, and site speed to enhance user engagement and SEO performance.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
• Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
• Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies , including A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and landing page optimisation.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads with a strong track record of achieving KPIs.
• Expertise in SEO best practices , including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with backlink-building strategies and domain authority improvement techniques.
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as Word Press, Shopify, or custom-built sites.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script for SEO and web performance enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2 B digital marketing or working with tech-based companies.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Hub Spot, Zoho Marketing Automation, or similar platforms.
