Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support marketing project execution. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and willing to explore AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.

About the Role

This role involves coordinating freelancers, managing documentation, conducting research, handling SEO tasks, and tracking marketing initiatives to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with freelancers to track assignments, streamline communication, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Support marketing campaigns by maintaining documentation, compiling insights, and organizing research findings.
  • Monitor project timelines, track key deliverables, and ensure that marketing initiatives stay on schedule.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance content strategy and organic reach.
  • Explore and apply AI-driven tools for content creation, workflow automation, and data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Assist in content updates, social media coordination, and engagement tracking across various platforms.
  • Help maintain website content, with a basic understanding of digital optimization and analytics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing (internships/freelancing included).
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn, with a willingness to work with AI-powered tools and automation software.
  • Basic knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with freelancers and internal teams.
