This team will directly impact our 5,000+ employees and 30,000+ global clients – driving speed, innovation, and global scalability.Role Overview – VoIP LeadWe are looking for a  seasoned VoIP Lead  to spearhead our voice communications platform. You will architect, design, and manage scalable VoIP infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.You’ll work with technologies like  Asterisk and databases like  MySQL  or  PostgreSQL , while leveraging scripting skills to automate, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, deployment, and maintenance of VoIP systems using  Asterisk  or  FreeSWITCH .Implement SIP routing and load balancing using  Kamailio  or  OpenSIPS .Ensure high availability and scalability of VoIP infrastructure.Work with  MySQL  or  PostgreSQL  for system configurations and logging.Build automation and monitoring tools using  Shell ,  Perl , or  Python .Troubleshoot call quality issues, latency, and jitter – ensuring crystal-clear communication.Collaborate with global DevOps and Infrastructure teams for seamless integrations.Drive performance optimization, security hardening, and compliance for voice platforms.Requirements7–10 years of hands-on experience in VoIP systems architecture and operations.Deep expertise in  Asterisk  and/or  FreeSWITCH .Strong experience with  Kamailio  or  OpenSIPS  for SIP signaling.Proficiency with  MySQL  or  PostgreSQL .Advanced scripting capabilities in  Shell ,  Perl , or  Python .Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Proven leadership in building resilient communication infrastructure.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience from call centres would be a must .Why Join Us?Be part of  The Elite 26  – shaping CC33 Global’s future in India.Work on high-impact projects with global visibility.Define the culture, standards, and technologies for a fast-scaling tech hub.Competitive compensation, autonomy, and room for innovation.Are you ready to lead the voice of a global organization?Apply now and join us in building something extraordinary.
