We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive
Job Title : Customer Sales Executive
Job type : 3 months Contract (Work from Home) Shall change to Full time (Work from Home) based on performance.
Requirements : should have your own Pc or Laptop
6 days working -1 week off on rotatory bases
Responsibilities Customer Sales Executive :-
Manage large amounts of out going phone calls
Convincing customers to register with us
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements and skills
Proven Customer Sales Experience or experience as a Customer Support Executive
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Thorough understanding of how sales calling works
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent fluency in English and Hindi languages for better communication with the customers.
Able to speak at least two regional languages
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma
Need to have your own Pc or laptop along with wi-fi connection which is mandatory
