The individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Leading the Quality department and its operationsLeading all the buyer and compliance auditsOversee day-to-day quality operations for all manufacturing unitsSetting up and defining QC Parameters, Processes and InspectionsDeveloping supplier quality functions and incoming quality proceduresReduce the COR and increase discipline in the QC processesStrategically set up performance metrics for the teamProvide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles, tools, and techniques.About you:At least 8 years of experience in the department of Quality Control is necessaryExperience in Manufacturing industry is necessaryPreviously demonstrated strategic capability with the use of data and performance metricsKnowledge of QC tools including CAPA, Why-Why, First Time Right, COQ, etc., is requiredExperience with Audits, Inspections and ISO regulatory compliances is requiredPrevious experience in a managerial role is necessaryIf this sounds like you, then please apply today and we look forward to receiving your application
