Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in project coordination and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Administration: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Communication: Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure smooth project delivery.
3. Documentation: Maintain and update project documents, reports, and records.
4. Task Management: Assist in task assignment, tracking, and monitoring.
5. Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain project data in various software systems and spreadsheets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
4. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to Have:
1. Certification in project management or coordination.
2. Experience with project management tools and software.
3. Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
