JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects from design to deployment of o9’s solutions, catering to clients across various industries and geographies. Blueprinting and Design: Effectively map business requirements onto o9’s platform and devise a clear, phased, achievable blueprint. Lead blueprinting sessions, publish business requirements along with key design decisions, and outline data dependencies. Solution Implementation: Work with a team of experts to configure solutions as per the design to address deep operations/supply chain challenges and establish a robust performance monitoring process. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and coordinate the defect tracking, analysis, and resolution process. Process Improvement: Proactively contribute to improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams. Customer Support and Demonstration: Support customer demonstrations and ensure client satisfaction through effective presentation and demonstration of solutions. Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and guide to junior team members, fostering a learning environment and promoting professional growth. What you’ll have: Experience: Experience in implementing supply chain planning applications. Technical Skills: Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar. Proficiency in databases (SQL Server, My SQL) and programming languages such as SQL, MDX, T-SQL. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point for data analysis and presentation purposes. Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP. Project Management: Experience in planning solution deployment concerning business requirement determination, solution and process design, best practices, and value delivery. Methodology: Experience using agile methodologies to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations. Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, distributed across different locations and time zones.
