Role Description

This is a Full-time remote role for a Sr Vault Consultant at Villageminds Pvt Ltd. The Sr Vault Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Veeva Vault solutions, conducting system configuration, providing technical support, and training end-users on the platform. Additionally, the Sr Vault Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Description:


  1. Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of the organization. This involves programming, configuring settings and integrating various software solutions.
  2. Good knowledge and hands on experience in working with the features of Veeva RIM, Quality (QDocs and QMS) and Promomats Vaults.
  3. Performing Migration tasks like document migration from one system to the vault system.
  4. Performing Configuration deployment activities.
  5. Experience to write Test scripts for the major changes to be implemented and perform validation and Testing.
  6. Working with Service now if required.
  7. Ensuring seamless integration between different business platforms & systems.
  8. Regularly monitoring the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  9. Providing technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
  10. Working collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
  11. Engaging in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault, system configuration, and end-user training
  • Experience in implementing and managing Veeva Vault solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
