With a strong presence across major cities including Gurugram, Mumbai, and Ludhiana — Chalk Studio operates PAN India, delivering thoughtful design solutions tailored to diverse clientele.Roles & ResponsibilitiesFull Project Ownership & ExecutionTake complete accountability of multiple sites simultaneously (3–4), ensuring smooth and uninterrupted progress.Independently lead execution at site level, assuming senior project management responsibilities.Resolve site challenges proactively, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and approved designs.Vendor & Labor ManagementSource, finalize, and manage vendors independently with periodic performance assessments.Ensure efficient labor deployment and productivity across all assigned sites.Maintain transparent coordination to avoid delays due to material, manpower, or technical issues.Site Operations MonitoringConduct detailed site audits, prepare kick-off/dilapidation reports, and track execution against schedules.Review daily site reports and intervene promptly to rectify deviations.Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are delivered on time as per project demands.Quality Control & CompliancePerform thorough checks during critical milestones including carcass, finish, and installation phases.Prepare QC documentation and drive corrective actions collaboratively with vendors and supervisors.Uphold HSE standards and regulatory compliance on every site.Stakeholder Collaboration & ReportingServe as a key interface between design, vendors, execution teams, and client representatives.Ensure seamless alignment of execution with design intent, technical drawings, and client expectations.Provide structured reporting to management with progress updates and risk mitigation insights.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong project execution leadership with multi-site handling capability.Excellent vendor and workforce management skills with a solution-driven mindset.Advanced scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring abilities.High attention to detail and strong communication skills.Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and meet aggressive timelines.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.4–7 years’ experience in high-end interior project management with proven site leadership.Working knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) and fit-out execution methodologies.Why Join Chalk Studio?Join a passionate team shaping some of the country’s most distinguished interior spaces.
