This role demands a polished professional with excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to represent leadership with discretion and confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries with precision.Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and documents on behalf of leadership.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Strategic CoordinationAnticipate priorities and ensure the Founder’s time is utilized effectively.Track action items and drive timely follow-ups.Coordinate seamlessly across departments to align with business objectives.Confidentiality & ProfessionalismHandle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.Maintain a professional, well-groomed, and approachable presence at all times.Uphold WomanCart’s brand image in all interactions.What We’re Looking For3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant.Pleasant personality, polished communication, and professional grooming.Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), scheduling tools, and documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
