Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
· Conduct TNA in collaboration with various business units and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
· Understand and anticipate the evolving learning requirements of different departments and ensure training initiatives align with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder and Business Engagement:
· Engage with business heads and stakeholders to gather insights on learning expectations and performance improvement areas.
· Maintain ongoing communication to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.
Training Coordination:
· Coordinate and schedule training sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring all resources are in place for seamless program execution.
· Act as the primary point of contact for trainers, facilitators, and attendees, providing clear instructions and guidance on session details.
Faculty Evaluation and Vendor Management:
· Evaluate and select trainers and faculties based on expertise, experience, and alignment with company standards.
· Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services with high-quality standards.
Training Effectiveness Evaluation:
· Design and implement methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics such as feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
· Generate reports and analyze data to determine the ROI of training initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
· Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, applying insights to enhance current training programs.
· Collaborate with the L&D team to design and implement continuous improvements to training processes and methodologies.
