With 900+ homes successfully handed over , we are expanding our sales operations digitally and pan-India through a remote sales leadership model.Key Responsibilities (Remote)Close high-value real estate deals through phone, WhatsApp, CRM, and virtual meetingsManage the complete remote sales pipeline from lead allocation to closureOnboard, guide, and monitor Channel Partners (CPs) digitally across locationsOptimize and monitor project listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.comEnsure fair and transparent lead distribution between CPs and internal teamsConvert portal leads, inbound inquiries, and organic digital leadsResolve CP-related issues and conflicts remotely and professionallyTrack portal performance, lead quality, and conversion metricsCoordinate with social media and digital marketing teams to improve campaign ROIWork with content/design teams to ensure RERA-compliant and high-converting creativesMaintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and daily/weekly performance reviewsNote: Site visits and documentation will be handled by the on-ground team.
