*Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the unique features of each property.
Guide clients through the sales process, including preparing offers, negotiating terms, and managing contracts.
*Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities in the construction sector.
*Foster and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and industry partners to drive referrals and repeat business.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns focused on residential properties.
*Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain detailed client records.
*Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate /Post Graduate with established experience in sales within the real estate sector.
2 plus years of sales experience in the real estate, construction and automobile industry preferable.
