We’re Hiring: Remote Customer Service Executive (India-Based | U.S. Dental Practice) Location:  Remote – Work from Home (India) Schedule:  Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Evening Shift – India Time), Saturdays as needed Salary:  Approx. ₹40,000/month Company:  U.S.-Based Dental Organization About the Role: We are looking for a  professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive  to join our U.S.-based dental care and implant organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys  helping patients, managing communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams . You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive and professional experience that reflects the quality of our dental practice. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and courtesySchedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in the systemProvide accurate information about treatments, insurance, and office policiesMaintain detailed and accurate patient recordsCoordinate with front desk, insurance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operationsFollow up on treatment plans, recalls, and outstanding paymentsEnsure all interactions meet company communication and service standardsAssist with administrative tasks and reporting as neededCollaborate with U.S.-based offices and teamsImportant – Please Read Before Applying Do  not  apply if you: Do not have  excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)Do not have  a power backup (inverter)  and  stable high-speed internet connectionDo not send a  voice recording (audio introduction)  with your applicationWe are only considering  extraordinary candidates  who are confident communicators, reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy enough to handle U.S. patient communication effectively.
