Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) Functional Consultant Primary Responsibilities Work closely with business users to understand requirements and design solutions within Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) . Collaborate with technical teams to convert functional specifications into detailed technical designs. Define acceptance criteria, build, and execute test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression ). Investigate, resolve, and communicate system issues with a focus on root cause analysis . Support custom developments, prepare functional/technical specifications , and ensure successful implementation. Conduct Unit Testing, System Testing, End User Testing, Business Sign-off, and Deployment . Work with PL/SQL scripting for data validation and process automation. Understand end-to-end BY-ESP footprint , including SAP ERP integration and other connected systems. Deliver all project tasks within quality standards and timelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (4–8 years ). Hands-on experience in supporting & building functionality in Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) . At least 1 full-cycle implementation in Blue Yonder ESP module. Strong understanding of SAP ERP data integration and supply chain planning processes . Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Analysts, Developers, DBAs, Middleware, Infrastructure). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
