We focus on securing and managing endpoints, mobile computing, network infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, operational technology (OT), and the Internet of Things (IoT).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Security Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining security systems and solutions to protect our organization’s information systems and data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that security controls are integrated into new and existing systems, while adhering to industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
Basic Qualification:
• 5-10 years of experience in security implementation, information security, and/or IT security, with at least 3 years in senior technical role
• Extensive experience with implementing security solutions (firewalls, SIEMs, IDS/IPS, IAM, endpoint security) and configuring them in complex environments.
• Proven expertise in Shift-Left Security practices, integrating security early into the SDLC and working with development and DevOps teams
• Strong experience in vulnerability management, secure coding, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), securing cloud-native applications, and managing security in hybrid environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Security Implementation:
•Lead the implementation of advanced security solutions, including firewalls, SIEMs, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), encryption technologies, and more.
•Architect and deploy secure, scalable security infrastructures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
•Develop and lead the integration of security controls into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that security is built into every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
•Conduct vulnerability assessments and identify weaknesses in the network, infrastructure, and applications.
Shift-Left Security Practices:
•Advocate for and implement "shift-left" security practices by embedding security early in the development process, ensuring that security testing, code reviews, and threat modeling are part of the design and development phases.
•Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate static application security testing (SAST), dynamic application security testing (DAST), and other vulnerability assessment tools into the CI/CD pipeline.
•Educate and guide development teams on secure coding practices and how to identify and mitigate risks early in the development lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, product management, and external partners to ensure security is integrated seamlessly into all initiatives.
•Support audit and compliance teams by providing expert guidance on achieving and maintaining compliance with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI-DSS).
Strategic Security Planning:
•Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement an enterprise-wide security strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives.
•Develop long-term security plans that include risk management strategies, secure application development frameworks, and proactive threat detection methods.
•Stay abreast of emerging security technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously evolve the organization's security posture.
Advanced Security Assessments and Incident Response:
•Lead in-depth security assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability management initiatives to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks across the enterprise.
•Oversee and coordinate response to security incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Lead incident response exercises, tabletop drills, and post-incident reviews.
Reporting & Documentation:
•Maintain high-level documentation related to security architecture, policies, and configurations.
•Regularly report on the status of security initiatives, vulnerabilities, and risks to senior management and key stakeholders.
