As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role throughout the entire product development lifecycle, focusing on both introducing new features and enhancing the overall Andromeda product experience. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, as well as the design lead, to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers and Andromeda.
- 4+ years of experience in the product design field
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
- Experience in developing complex enterprise or data-rich UX products within a remote or distributed team environment
- High level of proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, etc.)
- Ability to adopt and expand our design system to achieve consistent style and quality standards
- Solve UX problems by thoroughly understanding user workflows and pain points, and iterating on high-quality designs to meet user needs
- Exhibit consistently high standards in visual design, ensuring effective communication of design solutions
- Engage in multiple cycles of iteration and evaluation to address evolving challenges effectively
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, the design lead, and the front-end team to deliver new feature developments and enhance the quality of our most frequently used dashboard workflows
