Role OverviewThe Delivery Manager for Cloud/Data Experience will provide strategic leadership and oversee the successful execution of complex cloud, data, and analytics initiatives. This role ensures end-to-end delivery excellence by aligning business objectives, technical strategy, and resource planning across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cloud platforms, data engineering, and modern delivery practices.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Delivery Leadership• Provide strategic direction and lead the execution of high-impact Cloud and Data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Oversee planning, delivery, and governance of initiatives involving cloud migration, data engineering, analytics, and platform modernization.Cloud & Data Expertise• Guide teams on cloud-native architectures, data pipelines, security, and best practices across AWS/Azure/GCP.• Ensure robust delivery frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, lineage, quality, and operationalization.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to define delivery strategy, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leadership, and practice teams to ensure alignment and transparency.Team Leadership & People Management• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of cloud engineers, data engineers, architects, and analysts.• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence• Drive delivery governance, risk management, forecasting, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.• Implement best practices, tools, and accelerators to optimize productivity, quality, and time-to-delivery.Executive Representation• Represent the organization in high-level discussions, client meetings, and strategic negotiations.• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications• 18+ years of experience in Cloud, Data Engineering, Analytics, or similar domains, with a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programs.• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), data pipelines, warehousing, governance, DevOps, and modern architecture patterns.• Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex technical and business challenges.• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.Other Details:Location: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeShift timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PMHybrid
