Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced BDM to join our team in Noida. The Ideal candidate should have experience in ETP/STP/ZLD and government tenders.

Job Description:

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Noida

Department: STP/ETP/Waste Water treatment

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary - Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and analyzing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for ETP/STP/Wastewater treatment projects.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in STP/ETP/Waste Water treatment .
  • Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong understanding of water treatment technologies and ETP
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to ETP/STP/ZLD
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Waste Water treatment or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
