We are currently seeking for a passionate and dynamic professional who prides on her/his ability to deliver extraordinary levels of Product Management. This is an individual contributor role. As a Product manager you will be responsible to manage and onboard new digital content partnerships and device strategies to increase penetration of digital contents at epay (Electronic Payments Business) channel partner’s interfaces.
Years of Experience: 8 to 10 Years
1. New Digital Content On-boarding: Identifying the opportunities for new digital content services with global and local brands and on-boarding them for distribution
2. Prepaid Issuance: Managing prepaid card products, gift cards and associated processes and services with partners
3. Implementing content, gift cards and subscriptions at partner platforms: Collaborating with sales and partnership teams to enable new digital content services at epay channel partner’s interfaces.
4. Creating Program management interfaces : creation and roll out of CRM portals for external and internal stakeholders for seamless content on-boarding, ingestion and distribution to downstream partners for both B2B & B2C channels
5. Crafting Product Strategy: create new product strategy and roadmap to enhance revenue streams for epay India
Skills Needed:
1. Ability to conduct deep market research and present analysis with strategic insights for management
2. Utilizing analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple distribution channels and customer touch points
3. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements in product / service positioning in coordination with epay channel partners
4. Analysis of adoption of products on the channel & making continuous improvements based on performance, trends & insights.
5. Source & evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
6. Communication & Liasioning:
a. Collaborate with epay channel partners on online product communications to raise product / service awareness and penetration
b. Provides periodical reports and dashboards on the sales funnel and business updates to senior management
c. Collaborate with various multinational digital content / service originators
d. Collaborate with internal departments including sales, business development, and project management teams
e. Create & present business updates & market insights for senior management
