Position: HR Intern

Internship duration: 6 months

working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Venue: 9, 3rd Floor, Outer Ring Rd, BTM 2nd Stage, Kuvempu Nagar, Stage 2, BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across client servicing, creative, production,

operations, digital marketing, and support teams.

• Create and update job descriptions and postings across portals and social platforms.

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agency partners.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Schedule and manage F2F, virtual, and walk-in interviews.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.

• Ensure timely closures of open positions based on project timelines.

HR Executive Tasks

• Assist in onboarding and induction of new joiners.

• Maintain employee database and documentation.

• Support probation review coordination and confirmations.

• Help in planning internal engagement and HR initiatives.
