Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled AEM Backend Developer to join our in-house development team in Hyderabad (Work From Office) . You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing digital team and work on impactful projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and services.Design and implement backend services using Java and OSGi for AEM.Integrate AEM with third-party APIs and backend systems.Implement AEM workflows, permissions, and content structures.Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to security standards.Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related production issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, QA, and product managers.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.Maintain documentation and follow internal development processes.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience with AEM backend development (AEM 6.5 or higher).Proficient in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR (CRX/Jackrabbit).Experience with AEM Dispatcher setup and configuration.Strong understanding of RESTful services, JSON/XML, and API integration.Experience with build tools and DevOps workflows (Maven, Jenkins, Git).Good grasp of AEM architecture – Author, Publish, and Dispatcher.Familiarity with performance tuning, caching, and security in AEM applications.Preferred Qualifications:Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Developer certification.Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus.Familiarity with Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Headless CMS.Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Target, Analytics, Launch).Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
