We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and deploying scalable ML models and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and  deploy machine learning models into production environments.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Product, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions.
  • Optimize model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and low latency.
  • Explore, experiment, and implement advanced ML techniques including  LLMs (Large Language Models)and  Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) .
  • Automate ML pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
  • Document, test, and maintain ML systems to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-4 + years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in  Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn).
  • Proven experience in  deploying ML models in real-world production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms ).
  • Solid understanding of  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation .
  • Familiarity with cloud environments like  AWS / Azure / GCP .
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Good to Have
  • Hands-on experience working with  LLMs, RAG-based systems, or Generative AI projects.
  • Exposure to  NLP, Transformers, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) .
  • Experience with  MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines).
