Job Description

Our team is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible. We are seeking a talented Technical Architect to join our Software Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in designing and building scalable ML pipelines. They will be responsible for collaborating with data scientists to create state-of-the-art AI models, as well as working on creating GenAI applications such as answering engines and content authoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build ML engineering platforms and components
  • Collaborate with data scientists to create state-of-the-art AI models
  • Work on creating GenAI applications such as answering engines and content authoring
  • Manage the complete ML lifecycle
  • Lead teams to achieve established goals
  • Mentor and groom technical talent within the team

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in deploying and productionizing ML models at scale
  • Strong knowledge in developing RAG-based pipelines using frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex
  • Good understanding of various LLMs like Azure OpenAI and proficiency in their effective utilization
  • Solid working knowledge of the engineering components essential in a Gen AI application, including Vector DB, caching layer, chunking, and embedding
