Role : Recruiter Location: Hyderabad(On-site) Experience 6 + Years Qualifications And Skills Minimum 6+ years of experience in technical recruitment. Good experience hiring in product development and AI/ ML space Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment processes. Technical understanding to evaluate candidates effectively. Proven ability in candidate sourcing through various channels. Skilled in conducting interviews and negotiating job offers. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations. Roles And Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to match job requirements. Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and cultural fit. Negotiate job offers and ensure successful placements. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
