We’re looking for a multi-skilled HR + Finance Generalist who can build strong foundations for our people and money functions. This is a high-ownership role for someone excited to set up lean processes, ensure financial hygiene, support early hiring, and shape the internal culture from day one. Lead recruitment for early team hires across product, ops, and marketing Design onboarding, contracts, and basic HR policies Support payroll, leave, compliance, and employee documentation Finance Set up basic bookkeeping, monthly expense tracking, and vendor payments Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, ROC filings, and banking compliance Build internal budgets, manage burn, and prepare MIS for founder/investors Support financial planning, investor decks, and reporting #2–4 years of experience in an early-stage startup or D2C brand ~ Generalist profile: ideally from operations, finance, HR, or admin ~ Familiar with Zoho, Tally/Xero, Google Sheets, and basic labor/finance law ~ Has previously handled hiring, vendor management, and financial ops ~ Get a front-row seat to D2C brand building from scratch Wellness-led brand with a thoughtful, slow-branding philosophy #
