Basic Qualifications

Post Graduation

Required Experience

1-3 years of work exp. in Corporate Sales, Business Development, preferably having relationships with the CHROs/Head – Talent/Head – Diversity/Head-L&OD, etc.

Salary

At par with industry standards

Required Competencies

  • Experience in B2B/Corporate Sales in a consultative / SAAS offering environment
  • Proficient in driving monthly revenue targets being comfortable with regular funnel reviews
  • Ability to adapt and work in a high growth sales environment
  • Natural team player
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills with CXOs
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and consultative selling ability
  • Confident and Positive Attitude with Entrepreneurial Approach 
  • Result Driven and Quality Oriented
  • The candidate will need to be able to work independently and be self-driven.
  • Proficient is MS Office especially with applications like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient in using sales CR

Role and Responsibilities ·

  • Lead generation and business development strategy for acquiring new clients/logos
  • New client registrations & revenue
  • Upgrade/upsell targets
  • Lead Conversion targets
  • Invoicing & Collections
  • Build relationship with CXOs and Business Heads
