FACE Prep is a beaconof hope in the world of education technology and it continues to shape futures with its uniqueofferings.Commerce FacultyJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Commerce Faculty member to join our academic team.The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in commerce and related areas, excellentteaching skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods. Candidateswith prior industry exposure and proficiency in MS Excel will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver lectures in commerce subjects (Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics,Taxation, etc.) to undergraduate and postgraduate students.• Design, prepare, and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.• Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and career support to students.• Conduct practical sessions/workshops on industry-relevant topics, particularly focusing onExcel skills for commerce applications.• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum development.• Evaluate and grade students performance through assignments, projects, andexaminations.• Stay updated with recent industry practices and integrate them into classroom teaching.Eligibility Criteria:Educational Qualification:• B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory• M.Com (Master of Commerce) – Mandatory (any specialization/stream)Experience:• Minimum 1 year of industry experience in commerce/finance/accounting or related field.• Teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).Skills Required:• Strong subject knowledge in commerce and finance.• Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, financial calculations, reporting). Effectivecommunication and presentation skills.• Ability to motivate and engage students.Key Attributes:• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Team player with collaborative teaching approach.• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
