About Renew U Renew U is a women-only wellness initiative co-founded by Sameera Reddy (former Indian actress & wellness advocate) and Ashwyn Barreto (Founder of That Lifestyle Coach). Launched in April 2025 as a single Whats App community, Renew U has grown into a fast-expanding wellness movement with 4,000+ active members and 17,000+ social followers , powered by daily nudges, expert conversations, habit-driven challenges, and a warm, supportive community space for women across India. At Renew U, we help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier lives in a way that feels gentle, simple, and sustainable . We run one of India’s fastest-growing women’s wellness communities — across Whats App, Instagram, and our programs — and we’re now looking for a Nutrition & Content Intern who can bring warmth, creativity, and everyday wellness wisdom into our ecosystem. About the Role This internship sits at the heart of Renew U’s content + community ecosystem . You will play a hybrid role that combines: ✨ Simple, healthy food content creation ✨ Recipe videos for Instagram & Whats App ✨ Habit-based nutrition guidance ✨ Community support inside our women-only Whats App groups This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the areas of nutrition, content creation, women’s wellness, and digital community building . What You’ll Be Doing 1. Content Creation (Instagram + Whats App + You Tube Shorts) Curate simple, healthy, culturally relevant recipes Shoot raw recipe videos (our in-house team will edit & finalize the videos) Create short-form nutrition hacks, habit tips, and meal ideas Support weekly content themes across the Renew U community Upload your content directly inside the Whats App groups (Instagram uploads will be handled by our internal team) 2. Whats App Community Support Share daily/weekly nutrition content in the Meals & Mindful Eating groups Answer basic habit & nutrition questions Run polls, conversational prompts, and check-ins Maintain a warm, inclusive, non-judgmental communication style Collaborate with Renew U’s subject-matter experts across nutrition, mental wellness & lifestyle 3. Recipe e Book Collaboration (Passive Income Opportunity) Contribute recipes, nutrition frameworks, and meal ideas Support in developing Renew U’s signature nutrition e Books If the e Book gets launched, you will receive passive revenue share in addition to your monthly stipend This is your pathway to grow beyond the internship and build digital products with the team.
