We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team.About the Role: The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes. This position requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accurate financial projections.Monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn rate, and customer acquisition cost.Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investor reports.Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MCOM).Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of SaaS metrics and financial reporting standards.
