Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as the primary cities for this initial launch. However, the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months. We are not an option, we are a choiceJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and passion driven FP&;A individual to join our dynamic finance team. The person will be involved in data crunching and converting the raw data into actionable insights. This role is crucial in supporting our strategic decision-making processes by providing insightful financial analysis and projections. This role involves active collaboration with cross functional teams to understand, present the reports and analyze the variances and deviations.Job Responsibilities:● Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate periodical reports, Identifytrends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions.● Budgeting: Assist in preparation of Operating Plan with inputs from business and work closelywith various departments to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy● Forecasting: Responsible for preparing monthly rolling-forecasts and maintaining the accuracycloser to actuals by conducting thorough variance analysis and making corrective actions.● Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategicinitiatives, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations.● Cost Management: Analyze and monitor operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.Assist in the implementation of cost control measures. Collaborate with Business Teams (costnegotiation data inputs) and Legal Team (to review agreements with external Business partners)● Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning processes by providing long termprojections and analysis. Help identify growth opportunities and potential risks.● Adhoc Reportings: Understand and evaluate new/ adhoc requirements diligently and ensuringdelivery.
