You’ll be our: Influencer Marketing - Manager You’ll be based at: IBC, Bangalore (HQ) You’ll be Aligned with: Head - Public Relations You’ll be A member of: Public Relations Department What will I be doing at Ather? In this role you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and promote our EV two-wheelers. Operational Responsibilities Identify and collaborate with influencers aligning with Ather’s brand values and target audience. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand presence across various platforms. Coordinate influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and impactful delivery. Monitor and analyze influencer performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform influencer marketing strategies. Manage inbound requests for influencer collaborations and external agency pitches. Executing end-to-end coordination of all PR initiatives and influencer rides for BAU activities and campaigns, with outside companies and vendors for PR events and managing associated budgets. Content creation & management Review case studies, speeches, articles, and blogs created for org/leadership/product events. Also, prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, information brochures, handouts, direct mail, promotional videos, photographs, and films. Review existing influencer content to verify relevance to brand and campaign. Draft creative briefs to effectively communicate campaign requirements to agency partners and influencers. Create and maintain SOPs to engage with external partners and manage content. Create a central repository of all external communications and collateral materials. Media Management: managing test rides and product demos and related interactions for press, bloggers, and influencers. Communication Management: Manage unexpected, complex communications challenges utilizing high judgment and strong bias for action. Corporate Engagements: Coordinate and support execution of all Events, photoshoots, interviews. Cross-functional Responsibilities Collaborate with Admin team members to manage and supervise all events, ensuring logistics, budget and all arrangements are made as planned. Work closely with external agencies to lead proactive and reactive influencer outreach and public relations. Supervise and lead execution of all local events with the help of location partner/company, agencies, PR and influencer agencies Collaborate with the Service team and Product Specialists to ensure that product demo and influencer test rides are run smoothly. Support the maintenance of all resources in respective cities Working closely with Product Management/NPD, Customer Service, Brand team, Creative team, Logistics team, Marketing Excellence team to execute the brief and manage events seamlessly. What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role? Proven experience (6-10 years) in influencer marketing, preferably in the B2 C, Consumer Technology and FMCD category, preferably at an agency. Strong understanding of the social media landscape, social media content creation and cultural nuances in influencer marketing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers effectively. Ability to strategize and execute influencer campaigns that align with brand objectives. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and evaluating influencer performance metrics. Proficiency in social media platforms and trends. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms. Strong data analysis skills to measure campaign effectiveness. Knowledge of electric vehicles and the sustainable mobility landscape. What should I have graduated in? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications. Preference will be given to candidates having a Master’s degree.
