Job Title: Java Lead Experience: 10+ Yrs Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Java Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of 20+ members across multiple PODs. You will serve as the technical front face to the client, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and technical excellence Mandatory Skills: Java 8 and above, Kafka Backend DBs - Couchbase, My SQL, Big data (Hive, pyspark). Combines deep technical expertise, and systematic and rational root cause analysis to find opportunities to make things faster and better Web Server - Rest APIs, SOAP Scripting Languages (Bash/Python/Perl). Monitoring, Analytics, and Observability: Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK/KIBANA Load & performance testing tools (JMeter) Virtualization platform - VMware Operating systems - Unix, Linux, Solaris, Windows Cloud infrastructure - Openstack Good Understanding of Public Cloud offerings & Microservice architecture Other Skills: Excellent Communication, Prior experience of client interaction role, team lead, prior experience in big MNC's Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 20+ members (3 POD teams) within the client portfolio. Act as the primary technical interface with the client, providing insights during the design and analysis phases. Collaborate with client's FTEs to align on technical inputs and project deliverables. Develop risk mitigation plans and resolve potential blockers to ensure smooth delivery. Mentor and coach the team to enhance their technical and professional growth. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Drive systematic and rational root cause analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
