Now, we’re doubling down on video to amplify our own and our clients’ brand voice across platforms.Salary:- 23,000 - 35,000/month (Need to work 48hours/week)Location:- Remote (Full - Time) Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Full-Time Video Creator/Editor who lives and breathes social video. This isn’t just about transitions or effects — it’s about knowing:What hooks viewers in the first 3 secondsHow to structure videos for engagement, retention, and sharesWhat makes a Reel or You Tube Short go viralHow to deliver content consistently with speed + qualityYou’ll create engaging video content for Instagram, You Tube, , and sometimes websites or ad campaigns — focusing on short-form, high-impact storytelling.Not a freelance or side-gig role — we’re looking for someone to grow with us long-termWhat You’ll Do Video Creation & EditingEdit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Tik Toks) and longer-form content (You Tube, promos, ads)Repurpose footage across formats (vertical, square, horizontal)Add hooks, captions, memes, transitions, and music to maximize engagementCut down raw footage quickly and manage weekly content calendars Content IdeationStay on top of viral trends, sounds, and formatsContribute ideas, scripts, and creative directionsCollaborate with marketing to brainstorm video series, hooks, and visual styles What You Must Have1–3 years of hands-on experience editing social-first videos (Reels, Shorts, You Tube, etc.)Strong storytelling, pacing, and hook senseFamiliarity with captioned formats, meme culture, and trendy editsA solid portfolio (3–5 recent Reels, Shorts, or projects)Experience with tools such as:Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut ProCap Cut / VN / Da Vinci ResolveInstagram & You Tube platform best practicesUnderstanding of social media algorithms and content formats Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)Blender / Element 3 D (basic 3 D animation)Canva / Figma (static visuals)Basic sound design or audio syncing (Optional) Motion GraphicsAdd subtle animations, titles, or explainer visualsAnimate logos or product features for web/social when neededExperience working with brands, influencers, or DTC content How to ApplyAfter applying through send your resume + portfolio (Google Drive / You Tube / Instagram links preferred) to: Include:3–5 of your best short-form edits (Reels, Shorts, etc.)Mention the tools you use(Optional) Links to any viral content you’ve worked on (100 K+ views) Why Join Vynce Digital?Be part of a creative-first team with freedom to experiment and growWork with global and Indian brandsTake ownership from idea to viral successLong-term growth path to Video Lead / Creative DirectorFlexible, remote setup with a performance-driven culture
