About the CompanyAND Academy, an initiative by IIAD in collaboration with Kingston School of Art, London, offers professional design education that breaks away from traditional models, integrating live interaction with industry-focused training.About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to lead end-to-end video production — from conceptualization to final delivery — ensuring high-quality, on-brand content across platforms.ResponsibilitiesOversee video projects from pre-production through post-production, ensuring they are completed on timeOversee editing, color correction, sound design, animation, and final output to maintain brand standards and quality.Edit video content for various social media platforms, including You Tube, Instagram, and.Create engaging motion graphics to elevate videos and presentations.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure video content aligns with branding and communication strategies.Ensure the timely delivery of all video editing and graphic design projects.Develop conceptual and stylistic approaches for video projects and campaigns.Create animations and graphics that are aesthetically pleasing and fully represent the brief.Responsible for establishing the conceptual and stylistic execution for projects and campaigns.RequirementsProficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design.Strong creativity and attention to detail.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyRemuneration: Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.Working Timings : Work from office only9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturday off in a month
