10+ years of experience in investor relations/finance/equity markets.

~ CA/CFA and/or MBA from a reputed B school preferred

~ Equity research experience preferred – from sell side/buy side, private equity, investment banking etc.

~ Experience in Training & Development, Teaching and Leading teams in Equity Finance roles preferred

~ Relationship-building skills in the investment community, and the ability to collaborate with the executive management team of client companies.

~ Financial modelling, excel skills, and powerpoint skills required

~ Demonstrated expertise in researching publicly listed companies analysing equity stocks and communicating findings to diverse audiences. 

~ Extensive experience in analysing Indian and global equity markets, with strong knowledge of the regulatory environment in India. 

Core Role - Head the research team in all aspects of fundamental and financial analysis on public limited companies and Investor Relations activities, Train analysts on fundamental and Financial analysis of our client companies, peers, and industry sectors, improve quality of team's fundamental and financial knowledge, perform quality and control checks on all company collaterals like presentations, reports, analysis and take ownership of such products and role, Lead a team of more than 20 analysts with relation to the research role. 

Ability to creatively and fundamentally think and analyse companies and guide team to drive the thinking process for researching on these companies

Perform in depth Research on client companies, peers and industry with team

Prepare/Review/guide team for making fundamental reports and financial analysis on companies

Preparing/review/guide team to make Financial models
