Senior Research Manager - Database and Equity Research

A highly experienced professional with a strong background in financial data analysis, database management, and equity research is sought after to oversee the production of high-quality research outputs, maintain sector databases, and provide strategic support to analysts.

This role requires a seasoned expert who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of client-facing reports. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of valuation metrics, ratio analysis, and financial modeling, as well as proficiency in technical tools such as Bloomberg, Ace Equity, and MS Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive financial database, extracting relevant data from Bloomberg, and providing updated sheets and quarterly result data to sector analysts. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will need to work closely with analysts and seniors to ensure accurate and timely outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data Analysis: Proven ability to manage databases, analyze complex financial data, and extract insights to inform business decisions.
  • Equity Research: Strong understanding of valuation metrics, ratio analysis, and financial modeling, with experience in producing high-quality research outputs.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Bloomberg, Ace Equity, MS Excel (advanced), and data extraction/automation techniques.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
