The Inside Sales Associate will primarily focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales, all while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including outbound calls, emails, social media, and CRM tools.
Qualify Leads : Assess prospective clients’ needs, challenges, and opportunities to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospects and actively manage leads through the sales funnel.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing them with excellent support and communication throughout the inside sales process.
Collaboration : Work closely with Sales and Product Management teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on sales strategies.
Reporting : Track and report on inside sales activities and results using CRM software.
Knowledge : Stay up to date with the latest fintech trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively present solutions to clients.
Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2 B sales, or customer service, preferably within the fintech or technology industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools.
A self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Strong listening and presentation skills
Strong understanding of fintech products and services is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Saa S sales or selling financial technology solutions.
Knowledge of financial products or digital payments.
Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment.
