Job Description: Head of Creative & Brand Strategy

Location : Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team of designers, content creators, and marketers.

Develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies.

Oversee the creation of visual and written content for various platforms (web, social media, print, etc.).

Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication of brand messaging.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

Manage project timeline and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.

Conduct brainstorming sessions and inspire the team with creative ideas and solutions.

Get your hands dirty in designing, content creation, and campaign execution as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in real estate or related industries.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and successful campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Sc in Visual Communication or a related field.

Experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Knowledge of video production and editing.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Passionate about real estate and the latest industry trends.
