Job Title: Payroll Manager – LATAM & APAC RegionsLocation: BangaloreExperience: 8-10 yearsJob Description:We are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations across LATAM and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local statutory compliance, experience in vendor coordination, and a passion for process automation and improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries (LATAM & APAC).- Ensure compliance with local statutory and labor laws.- Independently coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate deliverables.- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.- Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll execution.- Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll records, and review vendor outputs.- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.- Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and compliance.- Handle tight deadlines and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.Desired Candidate Profile:- Strong understanding of local payroll compliance and statutory regulations.- Experience in multi-country payroll (LATAM & APAC preferred).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles.- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.- Experience in process automation tools or payroll system enhancements.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
