Role: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, working from our Chennai headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics in these regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for clinics in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with a strong focus on healthcare recruitment processes.
  • Design and implement training programs to develop and retain top talent.
  • Oversee performance management, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, driving efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in designing and managing training and performance management frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in formulating and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in Telugu is mandatory to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in HR, preferably in a multi-location environment.
